The Red Consultancy is one of the UK’s leading multi-specialist PR agencies and is regarded by many seasoned industry observers as the country’s best consumer agency.
From a creative consumer hot shop in the 90s, Red has evolved to be a fast-growing multi-specialist agency with a strong emphasis on digital expertise and a fast growing US operation.

Headquartered in central London with its dedicated digital arm Shiny Red located nearby, Red also has offices in New York and San Francisco. Total head count is 140.

Red is notable for the quality of its client list and for its outstanding record in winning over 70 campaign and agency awards since it was founded 15 years ago.

Clients include some of the world’s biggest brands: McDonald’s, Johnson & Johnson, Microsoft, Samsung, McAfee, Chevron, American Express, Molson Coors, Pfizer and Nintendo.

The agency has won numerous awards for UK, European, US and global campaigns as well as awards for the agency’s performance as a business and as an employer. In 2008, Red was named the UK’s Media Employer of the Year and featured in the Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For list.

Having built its reputation as a creative hotshop in its first 10 years, Red in the mid noughties began to diversify to meet the growing needs of its clients.

The agency grew into Corporate PR, Healthcare PR, Technology PR and founded its own stand-alone digital arm Shiny Red. The agency also opened offices in New York and San Francisco – mainly at the behest of major US-based clients. Red is also one of the leading public sector agencies in the UK dealing with campaigns as diverse as child protection and technology in education. This expertise has been recognised with two recent public sector campaign of the year awards.

In New York and San Francisco, Red represents a broad basket of client businesses from technology to gambling and from photography to the energy industry. PR Week shortlisted Red for its US Boutique Agency of the Year in 2009.
